- In Tax, you do not just scan documents- you learn the software, work on real client returns, and have the opportunity to sit in on meetings with clients.
- In Audit, you will travel to local clients and experience daily operations firsthand. You will make a real impact while learning the software and processes used in auditing.
- Each intern is paired with a mentor from day one. Your mentor is there to answer questions, guide your development, and support you throughout your journey.
- Collaboration happens at every level. You will work closely with your team and have the chance to engage with professionals across the firm — from associates to partners — gaining insight into all aspects of our work.
- Looking for school credit? Our program qualifies for college credit, allowing you to gain academic recognition while building practical experience at Rushton.
